TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

The Broker — What It Is

Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

That last detail tells you something. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. Still better than someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For a platform this new, the breadth is not narrow.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Many people find it more natural once they try it.

FIX API is available for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is reportedly coming. That would round things out when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not something the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is the thing TabTrade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That is what kind of broker this is.

Put together those fill times with the Edge account pricing and what you get makes sense. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your assessment.

The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before funding.
